1 lb raw Octopus Tentacles
2-3 T olive oil
2 cloves thinly sliced garlic
2 T Julienned Basil
1-1/2 cup redwine
1-1/2 cup plain marinara
1 cup Raw Bone Marrow, chunks
4 cups cooked Fusilli
1/4 cup Panko
Fry the octopus and garlic in olive oil on high till its a lil dry on the edges.
Reduce heat to medium-low.
add wine, cover, braise 1 hour. Put heat to medium high, add marinara, toss, add cooked fusilli.
toss, add chunks of marrow and julienned basil.
Let cook 3-4 minutes.
Plate and top with a sprinkling of Panko
