Brine the beef ribs overnight in
4 cups water
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 T Chorizo Seasoning
4 cups water

Remove, drain, but do not pat dry, and put in a bowl and thoroughly cover with the fry mix.
Toss to coat completely, let sit to absorb as much flour on them as possible.
Fry in medium high oil, until they are golden brown. About 10-15 mins Drain on paper towels.
Then transfer to a 300 degree oven for 2 hours to tenderize and fully cook the meat
Then toss /coat in sauce.

Chipotle Honey Wing sauce
Make sure everything is room temp.
Puree (prepare before frying ribs) all.

1 stick melted Butter1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey
