Kumquat Liquor
"Kumquat-Cello"

2 pounds triple washed Kumquats

1 bottle vodka or Rum

3 cups sugar

2-1/2 cups water


Steep the Kumquats in the Vodka or Rum, in a sterile jar for 10 days, shaking the jar a few times a day.
Boil the water and sugar together till dissolved.
Cool, remove the Kumquats from the liquor, and add the sugarwater.
Stir, let sit a day, then taste it.
If it tastes great to you. Serve.
If it needs a lil sumpin' sumpin' add some liquid Tang drink mix.
