The In Thing: Chinese Cheese Tea

Cheese tea is big in Asia right now, 

Ill make it for you here quick

But with a twist

Taro-Butterfly Pea Flower Cheese Tea.
(swap out regular tea and sugar for the Taro mix for a regular Cheese Tea)


1 large mug sized serving

1 T Pea Flower Tea "leaves"
Boiling water
2 T sugar

While the tea is brewing, put the following in a small bowl and use a hand blender to whip it all up till smooth



1/3 cup Cream Cheese
2-3 T Milk
2 T Taro Bubble Tea Powder

 When the tea is brewed (about 4 mins) scoop out the flowers, add the sugar and then slowly pour on the cheese over a spoonback.

Serve
