Birthday Cake Biscotti

1 box Funfetti Cake Mix

1/2 cup water

1 egg

Preheat oven to 350oF

Put parchment on a cookie sheet

Mix the cake mix, egg and water in a bowl with gloved hands.

place on cookie sheet in a rectangle.

Spray a piece of wax paper with Pam and lay it over the cake mix and form a loaf with your hands.

Place in oven for 30 mins.

Take out, keep oven on, and slice the loaf into Biscotti while its still on the parchment and just lay them on their sides on the parchment and place back in the oven about 15 mins

until golden, cool on a rack.

Serve with Funfetti Frosting or dip in melted white chocolate and sprinkle with sprinkles.
