1/2 cup real pink lemon juice
1 -1/2 cups water
3 T potato starch
1 packet gelatin
1 cup sugar
Mix all the above in a pot and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour into
1 graham pie crust
and gently top with
White Peeps Or Peep Eggs
While still hot so they semi melt to the filling.
Refrigerate till firm
If the pink lemons arent as pink this year, you might have to use a little food color
