Japanese Inspired Rice Cooker Meatloaf
2 lbs ground Wagyu/Kobe beef (from Aldi)
2 shredded Carrots
1 large shredded new potato
1/2 pack Vermont Curry cubes, shredded (6 cubes)
1 shredded onion
Mix all together, pat into a rice cooker bowl and cook on slow cook for 1 hour.
Nice and caramelized bottom!
Slice, serve with rice and shredded cabbage and Bulldog Sauce
