Eggless Spicy Mango Poundcake
1 box poundcake mix
3/4 cup milk
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup mango puree
1/8 t Saffron
1/8 t kashmiri chili powder
1/8 t kashmiri chili powder
Half a bag Chopped dried chili mango from Trader Joes.
Preheat oven to 350oF
Grease a loaf pan
Mix all together in a bowl with a hand blender.
Pour into the pan and bake 1 hour
Serve with sour cream
