Cherry Cola Dessert Dhokla
(low sugar, high protein snack)
Mix the following
1-1/2 cups Dhokla Flour
1 (5 oz) tub Oikos Greek Yogurt
1 bag frozen dark sweet cherries, pureed with juice from bag
2/3 cup Splenda
3 T oil
Cover and refrigerate overnight
In the morning bring to room temp
Cover and refrigerate overnight

Set a steamer on the stove with water in it, to boil
Oil a round pan
When the water is boiling, add
2 packets COLA flavored ENO Fruit Salt to the Dhokla mixture
And stir vigorously.
Pour into pan and steam 15 minutes until it springs back.
Remove and serve with whipped cream
