Super Easy Apple Cake

Preheat oven to 350 f

Peel Core and chop 2 apples

Butter 1 round cake pan and place the apples in it

Add,

1-2 teaspoons cinnamon and
1/3 cup sugar

to

1 Prepared recipe Aunt Jemima Complete Pancake mix

Stir and pour over the apples and bake for one hour or til a toothpick comes out clean!
Serve warm with ice cream or cold from the refrigerator, with warm lemoned tea!

If you want to make this special place one disk of Caramel Apple Wrap over the butter in the bottom of the pan before putting in the apples and pancake mix
