Deluxe Fried Peppers And Onions
The oregano, butter and hot sauce, pump up the flavor 10000%...
6 Multi Color Peppers, Washed and Sliced.
3 Vidalia Onions, Peeled and Sliced
3 T Olive Oil
3 T Butter
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
1 t Oregano
2-4 T Franks Hot Sauce
Melt the butter and oil in a large skillet and add the peppers and onion and stirfry a few minutes, then add the salt, pepper, and oregano.
Fry till tender and translucent, then add the hot sauce and stir to coat.
Let fry about 3 more minutes...
Serve with fried Sweet or hot Italian sausage in a bun.
