So when I made my Bergamot post I noticed that the company I bought them from also sold PINK LEMONS! So I ordered a case and when they came I washed em in Fit produce spray and cut one open\

LOOK!!!

Pink inside!

I gave six to my favorite neighbor and then sliced 5 for making Salted Preserved Pink Lemons and then juiced the rest.

I then made PINK LEMONADE!
Its less acidic, with a faint hint of grapefruit...

Buy some now, juice em, freeze the juice and serve in the Summer. People will be amazed
