Real White Chocolate Cake

Some White Chocolate Cakes are made with White Chocolate extract or Bars but they never have that full White Chocolate Flavor..Here I substitute the butter or oil for Pure UnDeodorized melted Cocoa Butter and frosted it with Real White Chocolate Ganache...mmmmmm

Real White Chocolate Cake

    2 cups sugar
1/2 cup melted pure Raw Cocoa Butter Discs
1/2 cup melted pure Deodorized Cocoa Butter Discs
    4 eggs, room temp
    1 Tablespoons vanilla
    3 cups flour
    4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk room temp

Preheat the oven to 350oF
Butter and flour 1 nine x 13 inch cake pan

In a large bowl mix the sugar and melted cocoa butter together and slowly add the eggs and vanilla.
In a bowl whisk together the flour and baking powder and then add to the cocoa butter mixture with the milk.  Pour evenly into the pan and bake 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool Completely

Real white chocolate ganache
2 bars of Aldi white chocolate broken up into a plastic bowl
1-1/2 cups Heavy cream

Place the bowl in the microwave for 1 to 1-1/4 minutes till its almost entirely melted, then stir it till its completely melted then get a whisk and quickly and vigorously whisk in the heavy cream till its thickened and smooth.
Frost the cake.

Real White Chocolate is defined as Cocoa Butter, Milk powder and Sugar...
If your white chocolate bar doesnt contain only cocoa butter as the fat, its not authentic White Chocolate...
