Make Lattes from 

 

Coffee or Espresso 

Monin or Amoretti Buttered Popcorn Syrup

Hot Half and Half

 

 

 

 Caramelized Cornbread Butter Crisp 

(Chewy, Crisp, Buttery Cornbread cookie dipped in melted hard caramel candy)

 

 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix

1/3 cup pulverized Fritos

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1 stick butter, softened

 

Mix the Jiffy and Fritos together with the sugar. Then add the butter and mix thoroughly. Then add the egg and mix thoroughly.

 

Preheat the oven to 350F

 

Put parchment on a cookie sheet and make SIX 1/4 cup mounds and bake, 13 mins until they are golden.

 

Let cool on the cookie sheet and make 6 more on another cookie sheet

 

Melt 1 cup crushed unwrapped Werthers Hard Caramels with 1/4 cup water till its bubbling heavily.

 

Put new Parchment on a cookie sheet and with tongs dip the bottom of each cookie into the caramel and lay them on the parchment to harden.

Or dip the bottom of One Cookie and Sandwich the caramel with another cookie. 

 

Serve the Coffee in a large mug with a cookie over top to warm it up.

 

Enjoy with your fave movie.  Dunking the giant cookie in the coffee.
