One Salad To Rule Them All

 

 

 

 Its all the Picnic Salads in one.

Chicken, Egg, Shrimp, Tuna, Mac, Potato, Ham, Cucumber, Cole Slaw, Bacon & Ham with a creamy mustard/ranch/dill Dressing.

 

 

One Salad To Rule Them All 

 

2 cups cooked Macaroni

1 large cooked New Potato 

 

1 small can Tuna

1 cup diced cooked chicken

6 Chopped cooked shrimp 

2 Hard boiled Eggs

5 strips cooked Bacon, chopped

1 cup diced Ham

1 small, diced Cucumber

2 T chopped Pickles 

1 cup bagged Cole Slaw mix

1 cup cooked Peas

1/2 cup chopped Celery

1/2 cup shredded Carrot

1 small chopped Onion 

 

In a big bowl toss all the above together 

 

Start with 1 cup Mayo

2 T Mustard

1/3 cup Milk

1 t Salt 

1 t Pepper

2-3 T Sugar (optional)

2-3 T vinegar or lemon juice 

2 T Ranch powder

1-3 T chopped fresh dill 

 

 

Whisk all of the above together, pour over the ingredients in the bowl, toss and eat
