Dont skip the cheese curls
Mac And Cheese Soup
1-1/2 cups cooked macaroni
2 T butter
2 T flour
1 cup Half and Half
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup shredded Parm
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Flakes
Onion Flakes
Crushed cheese curls
Melt the butter in a pot, and add the flour, then cook till bubbly.
Whisk in the stock and half and half, and S&P, bring to the simmer and add the cheese
and garlic and onion. Then simmer till slightly thick then add the macaroni., simmer a bit, then serve in a bowl with cheese curls on top.
