Mashed Fauxtatoes Part 3...........


This is a freestyle recipe, 

1 large White Pumpkin.

Break off the stem and put the uncut, whole pumpkin on a baking tray and bake until its brown and soft. put on gloves, and cut it in half and scoop out the seeds and peel the skin off.

Use the soft white flesh like potatoes.

Mash and add:

Butter

Salt

Pepper

Potato Extract

Dry milk (no liquid)

Cream Cheese

Sour Cream

Chives

Garlic

Cheese

White Food Coloring
