Club Soup


Turkey, Bacon, Tomato


Club Soup

 

2 T flour
2 T butter
1 pint half and half 
2 cups chicken stock 
2 T mayo
1/2 pound cooked, chopped bacon 
2 Cups diced turkey
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 small diced tomato
salt and pepper

Melt the butter in a pot with the flour, till incorporated and bubbly, whisk in the half and half and stock and mayo. Add the turkey, bacon, and tomatoes. And salt and pepper and cook till it gets thicker and hot.
Serve with the lettuce on top
