2 Ingredient Japanese Melon Pan
Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
Bagged Pizza Dough (as fresh as possible)
Lay parchment on a cookie sheet, Spray lightly with Pam.
Separate pizza dough into 5 balls
Cut 5 cookies worth of cookie dough, Pat thinly in your palm and then cover a ball of pizza dough with it. Covering only the top and sides.
Lay each on their bottoms and let rise till doubled.
Slash the tops to make the Melon shape and place in a preheated 350oF over for 30 mins
Remove and eat.
