I dressed it up like a Graveyard for Halloween but you could leave it plain.
Pumpkin Spice Chocochip Bars
5 cups flour
2 t baking powder
2 t baking powder
4 t pumpkin spice
1 t salt
3 cups brown sugar
2-1/2 sticks butter
1 can pumpkin
2 eggs
splash vanilla
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate chips, melted
Assorted Cake Charms (Wilton)
Candy Corn Pumpkins
Preheat the oven to 350oF
Spray a 9 X 13 inch pan with Pam
Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice and salt together in a large bowl
Put the eggs, sugar, butter and pumpkin in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer till smooth.
Add in the flour and mix till combined, fold in the 1/2 cup choco chips. Spread out in the pan, Bake in the oven 35-40 mins,.
Let cool completely in the pan.
Spread the top very thinly with the melted chocolate and decorate with the charms,
Cut and serve
