Cod Liver Pate
Boil the following in a small pot till the onion is soft,
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove pressed
1/8 t Old Bay
1/4 t dill
1/2 t salt
1/2 cup water
Add
3 Cans King Oscar Cod Liver, drained
And simmer for 2 minutes, then drain and put into a food processor, then add
1 1/2 sticks butter, room temp
2 t Sherry
1/4 t pepper
Process until smooth, then put in a container and chill till firm.
Serve with crackers etc
