Steak House Spinach

So good, I ate the whole bowl

Steak House Spinach

1 bag fresh baby spinach, steamed in bag

1 cup half and half

2 t butter

2 t flour

 

2 T Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix

 

Melt the butter in a pot and add the flour and let bubble and then whisk in the half and half. 

Add the soup mix and let simmer till thickened. Then add the spinach.

Serve.
