This Sauce is made by cooking one sauce and letting it cool then combining it with a cold sauce
4 T grated Ginger
4 cloves Garlic, pressed
1/3 cup Ketchup
2 t Chili Paste
1 cup Chicken Broth
All the whites from a bunch of scallions, finely chopped
2 T oil
Mix the Garlic, Ginger, Ketchup and Chili Paste and then fry in a pan with the oil, about 3 minutes, Then add the Chicken broth and scallion whites and cook until reduced, let cool completely.
Mix all of the following in a container then add half of the cooled ginger-garlic sauce and serve
1 cup mayo
2 t ketchup
2 T horseradish
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t salt
1/8 t garlic powder
1/8 t dried oregano
1 dash ground black pepper
1 dash cayenne pepper
2 heaping T Sweet Relish
With the other half of the ginger-garlic sauce, mix it with some Mayo and serve with fried shrimp.
