Reduced Fat Shrimp Toast

Serve with Soy Sauce 

Reduced Fat Shrimp Toast With Asian Tartar Sauce

First lets make French Toast

3 Slices bread, cut into 4 triangles each
2 eggs scrambled with a little milk and Salt

 Soak the bread triangles in the eggs and fry in a lil Pam in a hot skillet, both sides, till golden. remove to a plate.

Next lets make the shrimp paste

1 cup raw shrimp, peeled
2 Garlic Cloves, pressed
1 t Grated Ginger
1 Egg White
1/2 t sugar
1 t soy sauce
2 scallions finely chopped
 
Put all of the above in a food processor until a paste.
 
Spread all of the triangles with this paste and fry shrimp paste side down in a skillet with a little oil, until the paste side is golden. put them all on a baking tray and pop in a 350F oven for 5-7 minutes until cooked thru.
 
Serve
 
 Making them French Toast, seals out the oil
