2-1/4 cup King Arthur Keto flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
2 sticks butter, slightly softened
1 cup Allulose
1 cup brown Swerve
1 t vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups Lilys or ChocZero chocolate chips
1 cup nuts (optional)
Preheat the oven to 375F
Whisk the "flour" baking soda and salt together in a big bowl
Cream the butter, eggs, vanilla and "sugars" together thoroughly and add the choco chips and nuts.
Carefully add the flour mixture to the butter mixture
Make balls with the dough and press flat and place on cookie sheets covered with parchment.
BAKE 8-9 mins
Cool on the parchment on a rack or the counter.
Repeat till all the dough is baked.
