Keto Cookie Butter (Speculoos)

 

1 box Catalina Crunch Golden Sandwich Cookies
1/4 cup powdered Monkfruit
1/4 cup Spectrum Shortening
2-3 t Speculoos spice

Process in a Vitamix till smooth.

Note: start with 2 t spice, taste it, then add more if it needs it
