 Greek Chicken Roll

 

2 giant Aldi Chicken breasts

1 t Oregano

1/3 cup Greek Mix Olives

1 container crumbled Feta 

1/2 bag baby spinach

Pound the chicken breasts side by side under heavy duty plastic wrap till they are one huge sheet.

Chop the rest of the ingredients together and spread on one side of the chicken and roll up and place in a baking tray with a little oil and brush the top with oil and bake at 350oF till a Instant Read thermometer registers 160oF

Let rest 10 mins then slice and serve.
