Fast and delicious
German Stir Fry
1 ring Kielbasa or a pack of Brats, cut up
1 bag shredded cabbage/coleslaw mix
half a large sweet sliced onion
1 cup Sauerkraut
1 t caraway
salt
pepper
oil
Fry the onion and Kielbasa/Brats in a pan til golden and translucent, add the sauerkraut, and fry about 2 mins, then add the cabbage and stir. Reduce heat to medium and cover, walk away for 5 mins. Stir, cover, let cook 5 mins more. Season with salt, pepper and caraway. Serve
