Low Carb Sugar Free Donuts

 
 
Powdered and delicious
 
 Low Carb Sugar Free Donuts
 
1 stick butter, cut into cubes
   1 T Swerve
    1/2 t salt
    1 cup Carbolose Flour
2 T Wheat Gluten
    4 eggs
1 cup water
Filling of choice
Oil

Parchment squares

Mix the flour, swerve, wheat gluten and salt.
In a pot melt the butter and water over med heat, till it boils

Stir in the flour mixture and vigorously stir until combined and it all clumps together and a film of batter forms on the bottom. 

Remove from heat and let cool a little.

Add the eggs one at a time, combining thoroughly between each.
 
When combined spoon the batter into a  pastry bag with a large opening star tip.

Squeeze circles of batter onto parchment squares.

Heat up the oil in a pot and place the parchment squares WITH batter on them one at a time.
The paper will fall away. Remove the paper as soon as this happens with tongs.
Fry donuts until golden, Drain on paper towels
