Pickle Ice Cream Syrup

It took 4 tries to get this perfect. Inspired by the Sonic Pickle Juice Slushy.

Pickle Ice Cream Syrup

1 large can pears, pureed with syrup in can

1 cup sugar

Green Food Color

2 T Pickle Popcorn seasoning

Simmer the pears, sugar and food color on high in a pot till thick and syrupy.
About 10-15 mins
Let cool and add the pickle powder
Refrigerate
Serve over ice cream or in beverages.
