Gross Black Ant Pudding (White Pumpkin Spice Rice Pudding)
1 Cup White Pumpkin Puree
1 cup milk
1 cup Pumpkin Spice coffee creamer
2 T Cornstarch, diluted in 3 T milk
2 eggs
With an electric hand mixer, thoroughly combine all ingredients in a pot and over medium, stir constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and pour into a container and refrigerate
Meanwhile make the ants.

1 cup raw short grain rice
3 cups water
1 T Black food color
Mix all the above in a plastic bowl and microwave on high 5 mins, then on 50% power for 20 minutes. Cover and refrigerate.
When ready to serve, mix the rice with a teaspoon of melted butter to prevent the food color from dying the pudding and then mix it with the pudding and serve.
To make white pumpkin puree, cut a white pumpkin in half and deseed and place cut side down on a cookie sheet and bake on 350oF for 120 mins, remove and peel and then puree in a blender.
