Spectacular Rose Cake

Rose flavored fuchsia colored all natural cake, Showpiece
Spectacular Rose Cake

Preheat the oven to 350oF
Grease and flour 2 round cake pans

3 cups flour
4 t baking powder
1 cup powdered red dragonfruit
Dash Salt

Whisk the above together, set aside

2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup bottled rosewater
vanilla

Put all in a blender and blend till smooth

Beat wet and dry together till smooth, pour into pans and bake 30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean

Cool completely

Frosting

1 lb butter
2 t Rose Essence (from the Indian food store in tiny glass bottle, behind counter)
1 cup powdered red dragonfruit
4 cup powdered sugar
2 vanilla pudding snack packs

Whisk the DragonFruit and sugar together set aside
 Beat the butter and rose essence in a stand mixer on high till light yellow,
then add the sugar in batches, till smooth, then add the pudding and beat about 3 mins, then frost
You can add Gulkand or rose jam in the middle
Decorate with purple butterflies or roses
