All Natural Super Strawberry Strawberry Layer Cake

100% all natural strawberry cake 

The equivalent of 7 pounds of strawberries in each cake

All Natural Super Strawberry Strawberry Layer Cake

Preheat the oven to 350oF
Grease and flour 2 round cake pans

3 cups flour

4 t baking powder

1 cup pulverized freeze dried strawberries (measure after pulverizing)

Dash Salt

Whisk the above together

2 cups sugar

1 cup butter

4 eggs

1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
Natural pink food color (unless you prefer the unfortunate brown color baked strawberries become)

vanilla

Put all into a blender and blend till smooth


Mix both together and then pou into the pans and bake for 30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely

Frosting

1 lb butter, still cool

1 cup pulverized strawberries

4 cups powdered sugar

2 snack pack natural vanilla pudding


Whisk the strawberries and sugar together set aside
 Beat the butter in a stand mixer on high till light yellow,

then add the sugar in batches, till smooth, then add the pudding and beat about 3 mins, then frost
