Homemade Cream Cheese


So thick!

Homemade Cream Cheese


 2 pounds Sour Cream
1/2 cup plain Yogurt
1 t Salt


 Whisk everything together in a big bowl
 
 Pour into the cheesemaker, close the top and refrigerate overnight for spreadable cream cheese, or 2-3 days for cheesecake cream cheese.
