Crispy Croisannimon© Rolls

1 package Walweka Croissant dough
Flour for dusting
Oil for deep frying

Unroll the dough onto a floured surface,





Mix the following together thoroughly and spread on the top of the dough


2 T + Cinnamon 
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick softened butter


Roll it up lengthwise




And cut into 11 even rolls


Squash sideways into flat rolls

Then heat up the oil to 375oF



On another floured surface or floured split ziploc bag, roll out to 5-6 x 5-6 inches wide and fry each one separately till puffy, crispy and golden, drain over paper towels. Repeat till all are fried, serve with a dip made of 1 cup Philadelphia Cheesecake Filling and 1 cup chopped apple pie filling with extra cinnamon and a lil ground French Lavender.
