Happy Blueberry Muffin Day! 3 Ingredient Blueberry Muffins
3 cups Self Rising Flour
1 TWELVE oz jar blueberry preserves
Water
Spray a 12 hole cupcake tin with nonstick spray
Preheat the oven to 350oF
Put the flour and the Preserves in a bowl and fill the jar up with water and shake, add the water and use a hand mixer to beat it smooth.
Pour into the muffin tin, you will have exactly enough for 12.
Bake 25 mins
Eat with butter or dip in this sparkly glaze
1/4 cup water
1 cup confectioners sugar
purple food color
silver edible glitter
Mix and dip the cool muffins
