Ham And Asparagus Pizza With Garlic Lemon Sauce And Smoked Gouda
Boboli Thin
Thin Asparagus,or shaved thick asparagus
Black Forest Ham strips
Smoked Gouda shredded
Garlic Lemon Sauce

2 T Butter
2 T flour
1 egg yolk
1 cup milk
1 Clove chopped garlic
1 t Dijon Mustard
1/2 t lemon zest
1 t Dijon Mustard
1/2 t lemon zest
Salt and Pepper
Melt the butter in a sauce pan, add the flour and garlic and toast it for 2 mins, whisk the egg yolk and milk together then whisk the milk into the flour mixture.
Stir till thickened add the lemon zest and salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the sauce on the Boboli, layer the thin asparagus on, then strips of ham, then the cheese.
Place in a 400oF oven and bake till the cheese is brown, some smoked goudas do not melt.
Serve and enjoy
