AmeriKatsu

 
 

 Before I learned to cook Japanese food authentically, I used to make 
Tonkatsu this way. Now I love it both ways. 
 

 AmeriKatsu
4 Perdue Perfect Portions chicken breasts
1 bag "Shake and Bake" Oven Fry Pork Flavor

Prepare the chicken like the pack says! 
 
AmeriKatsu Sauce
1/2 cup Applesauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Mix both in a small bowl
Slice the Katsu in strips as shown. 
Spoon sauce over top of chicken 
 Serve with Rice a Roni and buttered broccoli!
