This isnt anything special but I figured Id post it anyway...





Preesi's World Famous Tuna Salad:

1 large can Dong Wan Light Standard Tuna  

1 lemon, Supremed and chopped
2 large finely diced celery stalks
1/2 finely diced small Vidalia or walla-walla onion
1/4-1/3 cup mayo
2 big dashes garlic powder
a big squirt of French's mustard
1/4 cup sweet Claussens relish
1/2 to 1 teaspoon sea salt
fresh ground black pepper

Mix the seasonings and the mayo first then flake the tuna, stir it in, add the veggies and serve in on an Amoroso hoagie roll w/lettuce. The lemon supremes are what gives this recipe it's bright zing! I'm addicted to lemon/salt mixtures and supremed a lemon one night and was gonna eat it when I added it to leftover tuna salad and I've been making it like this ever since.
