Misty Pines Motel Cream Pie

1 pie shell, baked

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cups half & half
4 egg yolks

1/2 stick butter
Green Food Coloring

1 t Pine extract

Put everything in a blender and blend till smooth then simmer till it thickens
 then pour into the pie crust then cover and chill

Cover with lightly sweetened whipped cream

Serve
