Nabe Dinner

Yummy! I made a simple Chicken Nabe with Chicken, Chinese Okra, Green Gourd, Mushrooms, Onion, Carrots, Spinach, Konnyaku and Tofu Puffs. I ate it with a side order of rice and KimChee.
The Chinese Okra is actually a young Luffa (Yes, the kind you wash with!) It was good!
I made a Kabocha "cake" but it isnt done yet...
MMMMMMMMMMMMM!

Are you the same Preesi that posts all over the place about how Kate Gosselin is a narcissist? And generally assert your negative opinions of Kate? If so, oh well, I guess we will have to agree to disagree. Because I've always found those theories pretty questionable and I guess you could call me a Kate supporter. Don't know enough to hate her so why bother? *shrugs*

Just wanted to say, despite that issue, I really love your taste in food and the pictures of the dishes are making me drool. Not so much of a foodie here, but Korean food is my absolute FAVE! I am in the camp of people that believes KimChee goes good on anything. Trust me, even sweet Korean style dduk (those beanfilled dumpling style pastries), yum.

I am like Bubba (the "shrimp" guy) from Forrest Gump when it comes to KimChee. I believe Koreans spell it Kimchi though. Doesn't really matter. But I love kimchi jjigae (soup), kimchi bokeumbap (fried rice), kimchi lamyun (noodles), etcetc. And generally as a side to anything. :)

Enjoyed the posts, take care!
