A Hit! So, so good.
Double the Olives, Cheese and Pepperoni if you want
Fried Kalamata Olive, Pepperoni And Provolone Cheese Fritters
1/2 cup chopped Kalamata Olives
1 cup Diced Pepperoni
1 cup Diced Provolone Cheese
1/4 cup flour (regular or keto)
Toss the flour, olives, pepperoni, and cheese together, set aside
1 t fresh chopped Rosemary
1 t fresh chopped Oregano
2 cups self rising flour (Regular or keto)
2 eggs
1 t red pepper flakes
1 to 1-1/2 cups water
1/4 t Pepper
Mix everything together.
Preheat an oven to 350F Put parchment on a cookie sheet, set aside
Put 1/2 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup corn oil in a fry pan and heat it up
Mix the two mixtures together and drop 1/3 cup blobs of it into the hot oil, reduce heat to medium, fry on one side till golden then the other, then put them on the cookie sheet, make the rest of the blobs then bake 10 minutes to cook thru, Serve with the Italian Ranch...

Italian Ranch Dressing
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup mayo
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 cup mayo

1 T dried onion,
1 T chopped fresh Oregano
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 t Fresh Rosemary
2 t salt
2 t True Lemon powder
Mix it all together in a blender, chill and serve
