Easy, Fast And Simple Hollandaise
 
3 T Dried Whole Egg
1/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon OR 1 Tablespoon True Lemon Powder (I love it super lemony)
1 T Dijon or Guldens Mustard
Salt and Pepper
1 cup warm melted butter


Put the water, lemon powder, Mustard and S&P in the cup of an Immersion blender and blend about 30 seconds. Slowly drizzle in the butter while agitating and blending. It was get thick quickly. If its not thick enough for you, put it in the fridge about 5 mins and then blend again.
