2 sticks butter
1-3/4 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 T vanilla
1-1/2 cups milk
2 cups pulverized Herrs Extra Thin (One Pounder) Pretzels (giant bag)
1 cup flour
1 T baking powder
DO NOT ADD ANY SALT
Preheat oven to 350oF grease and flour a square pan
Put all the wet ingredients in a Vitamix or Blender and buzz till smooth
Whisk all the dry together in a big bowl and then pour in the wet and mix till combined then pour into the pan and bake 50 mins to 1 hour.
Let cool completely and cut into a pretzel shape and then cover in dark chocolate ganache. serve
Ganache
3 bars Lindt 70% dark Chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 2-1/2 -3 mins stirring several times. Add the cream and stir it in completely and pour it over the cake, spreading it up the sides and the 3 holes
