Popeye Soup
4 handfuls baby spinach
1/3 cup chopped Kalamata olives
1 small potato, small diced
1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1 cup milk

2 cups water
1/4 cup cream
1 small onion fine diced
1/4 cup cream

3 T butter
1 T flour
1 stalk celery, fine diced
1 T sugar
salt, pepper
Cook the potato in water till JUST tender, set aside.
Fry the onion and celery in the butter till translucent, add the flour and cook it till bubbly, whisk in the milk, water and cream and let it bubble, add the cheese then the spinach, and olives and sugar.
Lastly add the potatoes, season and eat.
Do not add too much salt cause the olives are already salty
