Napoleon Cheesecake


So good!

 

 Napoleon Cheesecake

2 packs knox gelatin

1 cup water divided into 3rds

1 cup splenda divided into 3rds

3 boxes cream cheese

Vanilla

1/3 cup Lilys dark chocochips 

2 heaping T pulverized freeze dried strawberries


Get 3 bowls, pour 1/3rd cup water into each, sprinkle on 1 teaspoon of the gelatin into each and set aside to soften. You will have a little knox left, discard or use in something else

Spray a loaf pan lightly with Pam, set aside

Cut open all 3 packs of cheese.

Assembly line:

Place the first bowl in the microwave 30 secs, immediately remove, add the strawberry powder, a3rd cup splenda, and a block of cream cheese. Beat thoroughly with a handmixer.

Smooth into the bottom of the loaf pan.

Rinse off the beaters 

Then place the 2nd bowl in the microwave for 30 secs, Immediately remove, add 1-2 t vanilla 1/3 cup splenda and a block of cream cheese, Beat thoroughly with a handmxer

Smooth over the Strawberry layer 

Rinse off the beaters

Then place the 3rd bowl in the microwave for 40 secs, Immediately remove, add the chocochips 1/3 cup splenda and a block of cream cheese, Beat thoroughly with a handmixer.

 Smooth over the vanilla layer and cover and refrigerate until firm.

Invert onto a serving platter, slice and serve
