1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Powdered Honey
2 cups flour
3 t baking powder
3 t baking powder
Whisk the above together in a big bowl, set aside
1 stick butter
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 t vanilla
Put the above in a blender and blend till smooth, add to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup chopped apples
1/4 cup flour
Toss the above together, till coated
Mix into the batter.
Pour into the pan and bake for 45-50 mins
Let cool completely in the pan
Pour 1-1/2 cups Mead over the cake
Let the cake soak it all up for a few days.
Serve
