Post Thanksgiving Breakfast Idea: Stuffing Biscuits w/ Turkey & Country Gravy


Think of this recipe for next  post Thanksgiving breakfast




Stuffing Biscuits w/ Turkey Gravy

1 cup of powder from 1 box turkey stuffing pulverized n a Vitamix
1 cup flour
1 T Sugar
3 t baking powder
1/2 cup shortening or butter
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400oF
Mix the stuffing powder and flour and sugar and baking powder and then cut in the shortening. Mix in the milk until combined then let rest 1 minute.
Make balls a little larger than Golf Balls, then flatten and place on a lightly greased baking sheet and back till puffed up and golden on top.


Sliced Leftover Turkey

 2 cups milk
2-1/2 T Wondra Flour
2 T butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Coarse ground pepper

Melt the butter and flour in a pot over meium high until its smooth, slowly whisk in the milk and bring to a boil until thickened, add the pepper

Mix in the turkey and break open the biscuits and smother with the gravy
