Pineapple Upside Down Pizza
1 Boboli regular pizza shell
1 can of Pineapple rings, drained
Sliced Red Onion
Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Shredded Mozzarella
5-6 slices Jullienned Ham
1 cup Pulled Pork
1 cup Sweet and Sour Sauce
1/4th cup Frenches mustard
1/4th cup Frenches mustard
Pat dry the pineapple rings and place them on a pizza plate, place a cherry tomato in each hole, Strew with the onion and ham, cover with the cheese.
Mix the sauce and mustard together.
Mix the sauce and mustard together.
Mix the pork and 1/3 cup sauce together and strew on top of the cheese.
Spread about 1/2 cup sauce on the Boboli and place ontop of it all.
Press down firmly, top with a second pizza plate and bake in a 400 f degree oven 30 minutes.
CAREFULLY, but quickly flip over and take the pizza plate off,
Brown it in the oven till bubbly.
Cut and serve.
