1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage, sliced thin and fried or de-cased and crumbled and fried
1 package sliced or shredded Provolone
1 Green Pepper, seeded cut in strips
1 Red Pepper, seeded cut in strips
1 Onion, cut in strips
Olive Oil
Red pepper flakes
Oregano
Red pepper flakes

Salt & pepper
Fry the peppers and onion in olive oil till lightly tender, sprinkle with salt and pepper
Brush the Boboli with olive oil and sprinkle with a bit of Oregano
and arrange the vegetables and sausage on the Boboli sprinkle with red pepper flakes and top with the cheese.
Bake in a 375 degree oven till bubbly and lightly brown...
You can use hot Italian sausage or even chicken Italian Sausage.
I used Al Fresco Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage in mine.
